Anyone in Austin with a mild drop on their f80 (< 1")? Wanted to see if we could check the angle going into my garage. Got the itch for wheels and a drop but want to make sure I can lower it a little bit without scraping.

Spotted on Far west: Mineral white zcp with M-Perf exhaust and CF diffuser. Great looking/sounding car. You didn't see me because I was in my DD (4runner) but I probably followed a little close because I wanted to hear the exhaust

I see a mineral white either on Southwest Parkway or William Cannon pretty much every day. I get a great view of it's bonnet because I'm usually driving it

Who has a good SA at BMW Austin? Wanted to talk to them to be sure that installing a mid pipe (or maybe downpipe back) won't impact warranty. I don't want to mess with dp or a tune but wanted same a little more aggressive exhaust note.

Chris Brice has been helping me for over 2 years now. First my F82 and now F85. I talk to him about mods all the time. General rule is if you get issues related to your mod you'll have a 50/50 chance of getting the repair done under warranty. Everything else will still be covered. Either way I recommend you speak to him. Good luck!

Thanks, I'll look for him when I need service. I hope that they won't have an issue with just a mid pipe or dp back exhaust.

I know some SA had been mentioned for the BMW Austin dealership, one of our Texas Club Members is a SA, Track enthusiast and a friend for over five years. His name is Alan Solis, he drives a 6sp f82 and an e46m3.
