Ski $1k credit?

I've seen a few places discussing this? Anybody have any info? Does this apply to our cars?

Yes it applies to the current M3/4, not usable for ED. There are only limited dates left and it was only ever offered at mountains in the northeast (as far as I know) https://www.bmwevents.com/seminar.php?seminar_id=31

I emailed BMW and told them I couldn't make the event it was too far for me. They emailed me a coupon. I would email them and see if they can shoot you the email with the rebate.

Wow!, did you ask for the coupon anyway? Or just tell them you couldn't make it

I got the voucher today, and bought the car last Friday. They told me the Voucher was going to arrive last Wednesday. Very annoying

Exactly 6 days.
Test drove some X's (blah) on a Saturday, got an email with OL redemption code the following Friday.

Were any of you guys successful at stacking this incentive with one of the "fleet"/"corporate" programs such as USAA, AARP, etc?

It depends on how your dealer has the order in the system.

Promo vouchers cannot be used with Priority 1 cars, but they can be used with Priority 2. The time difference between the two is maybe a few days at the VDC, so a savvy dealer with your best interests in mind would keep your car at Priority 2 for as long as possible.

That will be a "NO".
The codes are individualized. If you redeem it, I will not be able to, and the other way around.

After I use it on the car I will be picking up over the next few days, then you can have it!

I am confused, because the fine print on your coupon specifically stays it is for in stock vehicles (can not be used on ordered vehicles).

I am 100 percent aware that dealers can work around it by not having the car in Priority 1 status, but when joey asked the question about the fine print, your coupon confirms what he asked, not refutes it... unless I am missing what you were getting at (which is possible of course)?

2 facts to consider:
1). I've reread my own coupon, and it does have a clear disclaimer against previously ordered or non in-stock vehicles.
2). Just the other day I took delivery of a car, net of $1K Ski rebate, which I had ordered before I secured the rebate.

How is that possible, you might ask?
Well, I did have to sign a new PO before taking delivery!

Find an SA who will work with you, use a little imagination, and you should be able to work around that exclusion.

You are all absolutely right.
And yet, I collected on the rebate.

The language in rebate's restriction leaves plenty of room for very simple paperwork workarounds. Where there is a will, there is a way.

Good luck,
a
