My 2018 M3 rubber door seals definitely creaked.

I wiped down the seals with gummi Pfledge, and applied Zaino Z2 to the areas where the seals contacted the body.

Did the trick. Totally quiet now.

That's good to know, my F30 seals creak, I had them replaced at one point it was so bad. never heard of gummy Pfledge but can grab some Zaino Z2.

I got one coming from the dash/speaker area which the service department can hear but can't seem to find. Its almost unbearable when I am on the phone, with the radio on not so bad. Worst part is my car is lowered (1400 miles on it) and the shop foreman tried to attribute the rattle to that.

Sometimes I wonder I even bother with BMW (or just my local dealer) anymore.
