Im guessing 6 gallons is too much even though its a E40 map. I also have ngk 97506 plugs gapped to .020 with about 30k miles on it, might be time for new plugs.
Yeah I was having the same issue. I have since gapped my stock plugs to .018 and that has fixed my issues on the 93 map that starting occurring after running e85. Time to see if the spark plugs were the issue with the E40 map.
I put 4 gallons of E85 and the misfires are gone.

After gapping my plugs I ran with 5 gallons and the car ran perfectly. I feel it could probably run 6 now and it was just the plugs holding it back before.

Yep 30k miles are high; def swap out
Could also be careful on the type of E85 you're getting if its E75% or E85% tested will misfires if the octane is not there i bet

4.5gals to 10-11 gals of 93 = E31-E33
6 gals to 9-9.5 gals of 93 = E39-E40

Guess is time to get their E40 OTS map for your 6 gals
Do you have a log when the car misfires?

Nice, I'll remember that. How are plug swaps on this car anyway? Do you have to remove the charge pipes?

This is not entirely true, I have seen E85 ethanol pumps give anywhere from E65-E85...you need to test the ethanol content of the pump fuel so when you mix fuels (like you example above), you are on target. Fuel-It makes a test kit.

My Tuner just gave me a price for this Tune and said it's the best bang for the Buck! I think it's a go for me.

Fuel-it's ethanol kit is really useful.

The misfires occurred on E40 HSTG2 map right at 6k rpm.

Yup, charge pipes have to be removed along with the passenger side intake, and the metal brace that the carbon fiber brace is attached to. It is quite a pain in the ass, more involved than any spark plug job I've ever done.

Definitely pulls harder. I'm still going to change plugs since I have 30k miles.

Do you have a log from a power run
say like from 2k rpm to 7k rpm

cant gather much from this log besides some wheelspin at 5k and a drop in boost
did you do the run with Traction control off?

Jaysus. At least you don't have to drop the engine like my buddy's F150 lol.

Yep plugs gapped are highly recommended. We'd love to try some aftermarket coils soon and keep the gap a little wider

Tuned motors every 25-30k is the norm.

no one has answered this and maybe PROTUNINGFREAKS can elaborate

"Why is the Boost pressure target and MAP PSI pegged at 22.42 Psi???"

is this the max you can read from sensor as is with one of MAF channels

Traction was on. Anything more than 4.5 gallons of E85 I start to misfire once I hit 6k rpm. When I don't misfire it doesn't really pull hard once I pass 6k rpm so it's definitely the plugs.
