Oh boy. . I feel for you man. You probably have rail first before Hansen's. Where is it being delivered to? Did you get any items installed at the port? This will affect wait time.

Just curious, what are the items that will be installed in the port?

For example, mine arrived in Halifax on April 22nd. It was delivered by truck in Montreal on May 9th.

One item I know being installed at the port is the M Performance Exhaust.

If you ordered the carbon package or the m performance exhaust these are Canada port campaigns and will increase your wait time. They install these items in Halifax.

My car arrived at the Halifax port April 9 and showed up at the dealership May 6. Then they need to prep it. I had the MPE installed at the port. I won't have my car till May 20 because of the delay the dealer has to endure to put xpel on the car.

Wow, that's VERY long... Why so long to put Xpel? Subcontractor doing Xpel is overwhelmed with demand?

Wow.. that's long waiting time. I just have the factory packages and no performance exhaust. Hoping that it will arrive in the next two to three weeks.... I can't wait......

Mine arrived at Halifax April 11th and I took delivery on April 29thm the car arrived April 27th at the Dealer by truck from Halifax.

the Xpel contractor delayed it a week. They were not able to get him for May 12th, so i need to wait until May 19th, Seems to be the demand for this protection film. So without Xpel, i would have gotten delivery on May 13th.

BMW also told me that their subcontractor was overwhelmed with demand to install PFF... I told them to forget it as I have found someone that will do everything in one shot (PFF and Sealer).

PFF will be Suntek
Sealer will be CQuartz Finest.

I know I seem to be the odd duck in terms of PFF brand but here's the reason; the guy is a fantastic detailer so he will prep my car for PFF and he does install the film also. Also he's certified to apply CQuartz Finest. He will also seal the leather seats and dashboard.

The main advantage to me is that everything is done at the same place, by the same guy. I fell I'm reducing my risk of having multiple dudes with different caring level and competency.

For sure he will be busy on my car.
