Hi guys, I put an order on Feb 28, 2015

My build
F80 M3
silverstone
sakhir orange extended leather
executive pack
dct
acitive m suspension
harman kardon audio
cf roof

msrp: $72570
my deal: $69000

2% finance

My CA said that my car will be on production on April(we don't know exact date yet)and will be delivered to Virginia on first week of May(hopefully at the last of April)

I have been checking my production statues on-line and calling bmwna as you guys all doing.

Do you guys think I can have my car on May at least just like my CA promised??

I am just excited and nervous...haha

First, congrats on the car, and nice build!

Did your CA give you the allocation week? I know you said production in April. Obviously, you have a production # if your calling the 800 line and looking at BMWNA. That said, nothing is going to change on BMWNA (which is the slowest source of updates), or even the 800# (recordings or live agent) until a few weeks prior to that previously mentioned allocation week. If you have an actual allocation week (which you should if you have a production #), your status should be 111 (ask your CA for the status). You will go to status 112 about a week or so prior to the actual week of the build. Try to get that allocation week # from him/her!

Actually, if your CA said he expects delivery the first week of May, that build week would have to be early April...actually, first week of April... it takes a good 4-5 weeks from when the car finishes up production to get to the US, and you'll be headed to Baltimore. But if it finishes even early 2nd week of April, you'll be looking at 2nd week of May at the earliest.

I talked to my ca, and confirmed the estimated production date.

It will be on March 13!!! It is actually faster than I expected.

But ca said I might need to wait little bit more because of carbon roof..

We will see!

Well, if that's the case, your status should change to 112 anytime soon, if not already. Have not seen any indication there is any holdup on the CF Roof. So if March 13 is correct, you should have the car mid to late April. Not bad!

Waiting for this car will make you obsessive and do that. And make you call the 800#, pester your CA, look at BMWNA at least 5 times a day. And track trains to Bremerhaven. Haha haha. So last time when I talked to my CA, he said my car would be on the production line on Friday, MARCH 13th, which is tomorrow.

I got very excited today and called bmwna and talked to the real person (not the recorded voice) to confirm my production day.

But he said that my production day is not tomorrow, and actually it will be about 10 days later because 13th means 13th week! He said it happened quite often because CA doesn't know how to read information on the system.

Everything is clear now. I am on 13th week production, well it is still faster than I expected but I was really disappointed today.

It seems like people here know a lot more than CA...

WTF. I ordered mine two days after you and isn't getting produced TILL MAY. I WON'T SEE MY CAR TILL JULY. What's wrong with my asshole dealership..

Estimated end of production day is March 30th.

A March 30th end date would only give it about 4 weeks to get to you before May. I think that's an absolute stretch and isn't too realistic, but I'd love to see that happen. I think you should count more on mid to late May for delivery.

Where in VA are you? I'm in Richmond and am picking up my F80 in Munich on 4/13. Hopefully I'll have it back here in the middle of June

It will be great to see you guys and get some information about the car. It seems there is a meet up on every Thursday at Fairfax corner?

I am looking for xpel wrap installers, and I found one in Sterling, proshielddc.com, it seems they have good reviews.

I was wondering anyone live in Nova considering xpel wrap?
