If you're deploying before summer you can contact Pentagon Car Sales, after July they loose the contract with BMW and then you'll need to contact Bavarian Motor Cars. Both offer military pricing and there's no haggling required as the prices are fixed by BMW.

Are you sure about it being just Pentagon? I was told the program is going away all together from my PCS CA. Even the military sales company here in Korea is going away, as well. This isn't the only company, either.

The date I was told is December, but orders need to be placed so that they arrive before then and they will no longer take orders in July

I went through Euler BMW near Ramstein for my M3. They are a German BMW dealership, but also have an English staff that does U.S. Military Sales. My SA there told me the BMW military sales isn't going anywhere any time soon.

Pentagon is the only one that stopped BMW sales as Bavarian is still selling BMW for now. But from what I heard they might have to stop for other reasons.

I too am tracking that Military Sales will be relinquished to local dealers, for us here in Italy it will start in July when Pentagon loses their last BMW contracts. I'm not sure if they will be postured to service deployed members or not, this is why I mentioned BMC. For those of us stationed in Europe a local dealer will support the program and typically have English-speaking staff to support us now that BMW has done away with U.S. dealerships on foreign soil.

This news is a little worrying. I was planning on ordering an M2 from Pentagon in Italy. If the timing is off I may have to consider going for the M4. Don’t get me wrong I’d love an M4 but I was really after the slightly smaller form factor of the M2.

I spoke with my guy at BMC. PCS has lost the contract with BMW (and apparently Lexus) but BMC are still good to go. The only thing is; they aren't able to do stateside delivery. However, according to him, they're working on a solution for that and should be good to go within the next couple of weeks.

Now to decide if I want to wait for the M2 or just stick with the M4.

I placed my order last week. I had planned to go for an M2 but I’m afraid the time just isn’t going to work out. So I’m going for the M4 (see sig). Is it crazy that I am so excited about this car but still having thoughts about just going for the M235i. I’ve read so much great stuff about that car and I’ve always held to the notion that smaller is better when it comes to driving dynamics. I really wish I could drive the M4 and M235i back to back.

For those who are stationed in Germany especially the KMC area. Euler Group is now the authorized military sales dealer. The only service we can no longer offer is the stateside delivery. The program however is here to stay for a while now that BMW has changed it to the local dealers.

My understanding of the military sales for stateside is that July is the last month to order for a December delivery. I guess the program for stateside military is ending this year.
