Some used brake kit for sale:

Essex AP Racing 9562 BBK kit with 380mm discs. Fits F8x.

Giro Disc replacement kit for M2c with 400mm front silver caliper, also fit those with CCB (gold caliper)

Used BMW CCB kit, comes with matched master cylinder. See attached pics. Fits F8x.
