Go for the M Performance HAS to retain warranty and EDC settings, and assuming you have steel brakes and not CCB, drop a set of Pagid RS29s in. Sugget you consider Tyres and Pads before suspension... MPSC2 are best all round option if using stock rims.

M HAS is similar but different to KW, again plenty of info on here...best to read up. Not cheap but retains warranty and EDC and they aren't cheap cars to begin with so nice to have peace of mind... check with your local dealer, circa $4k I think. |

definitely go with upgraded pads as awbmw suggests, stock pads tend to warp the rotors.
you don't need suspension upgrades. get a set of 18" Apex wheels, square set up with 295 front and rear, get some Yoko A050 tyres and not much will keep up - trust me |

if its just a few track days, why not just run stock? unless your chasing lap times? i think learning and knowing the track will give you better times than upgrades
i agree with just brakes and tyres, but maybe just need pads as a start? |

Agree for most part, but I like a staggered set up - otherwise a050 is number 1 choice but need to have second set of 18" wheels, if retaining stock 437M wheels MPSC2 is best option.

they still came in the same sizes being 255/35/19 and 275/35/19, Conti SportContact5P.. I've seen a handful of M3s / M4s of varying build dates with them, seems to be luck of the draw but majority roll on PSS

i ordered a set of michelin ps4s to rid my zcp of some of that nvh from the stiff sidewall oe star spec mpss'
is anyone in Aus running the bilstein b16? they are available with an edc plug in option to retain oe 3 defined in car settings i've never been a fan of M dampeners, it's their one let down imo, and can just imagine how good this chassis would be with a proper compliant suspension setup i had PSS10's on my old E46 and they worked really well |

these guys have great track wheels for bmw's don't even consider any other size other then 18's and if you can get A050's. 295 at the front is like shooting crack cocaine, the turn in is unbelievable but you cannot daily these they are horrible on the road. a square set up worked really well for me and if you want to invest in wheels and a track set up why not get what works. if you want to do 2 tracks days a year then maybe just shred the current tyres and replace with a set of cup 2's and keep the same wheels. |

What Apex wheels do you reakon? i was looking at the APEX EC-7 wheels in an 18x9.5+22 18x10+25. They are according to their website $1250 UDS which is roughly $1690 AUD + shipping. Pretty good value for money. Last edited by JL1; 06-01-2017 at 04:12 AM.. |

Prices are great! you will spend more on tyres then the wheels lol, they are pretty light too. Sometimes they do group buys which work out a bit cheaper.
I can't remember if mine are EC 7 or 6 or whatever was available when I got them about 18 months ago. I'd email them and see what they recommend for an M3 and if there are any group buys happening. |

good choice for front, but why not go for something larger 11" with an ET around 40-44? Not sure what their standard sizes are...
