Sounds like the dealer is lazy, or incompetent, or both.
Or they flat out don't want your business.

BTW, there is no such thing as a 10l or 10K service. After 1.2K break-in service, you follow the CBA mileage or 12 month service intervals.

I had my oil changed in Stuttgart and was reimbursed in Hawaii, if they sell BMWs, thats your place to go brah... everywhere
