DIY Coding and Retrofit Programming Conflict

Hello guys,

I have my 17 F82 ZCP to 5k miles and now it's the time to fix "pulling to right" issue plus some customized coding.

I am planning to fix the pulling issue by applying the retrofit programming per SIB 32 01 17 shown in the picture below. However I heard that the retrofit program has conflict with GTS coding, such that I can only apply one of them.

Could you guys help me confirm if it's true? If true, what other codings I can do on the vehicle?
