Coding Window auto-up
Hi all.
I recently had my car updated to the latest SW (F020-17-03-505) at the dealer. Obviously this means a full re-code. I got around to it tonight but am stuck on one item. It appears BMW has changed the window buttons so that you have to hold them to roll them up. This is the default setting of the new software. Before, I could roll them up by just clicking the button up then taking my hand away. Now I have to hold it. Any ideas where the code is for this? BTW I am familiar with FH_TUERAUF_STOP_MAUT which allows the window to continue to roll up while the door is being opened. This setting doesn't help me. I can't even auto-roll up with the door closed. Thanks!

You can reinitialize the windows without ISTA, lift and hold on the window switches in the UP position for about ~30 seconds with ignition on/engine not running. Test afterwards.

I am letting the window go fully down. Then I push the window button down 2 clicks towards the opening direction and hold it for a minute. I rolled the window up and held onto the closed position past the 2 clicks and that didn't work. I rolled the window up, let go of the button, then pulled up on the button past 2 clicks and held it and that didn't work either. It is the window where my kid sits. I tried the above with the child safety switch that prevents the door from opening turned off. Still no luck.
