Wax after 24hrs

Washed the car today and didn't have the energy to wax it, planning to wax tomorrow and didn't drive after washed it and car sitting in garage

Is it ok to straight way wax it or do i need to rinse it again and wipe it before waxing to take any dust off if any

I would just go over it with a quick detail spray. After that you should be good to go.

Carefully check how much dust there is, if it's none, I'd just go ahead and wax. If not use a QD with many MF towels to pick up the dust without having to rinse/dry... it's essentially like a rinseless wash, but the dust has to be minimal and your technique has to good not introduce any micro swirls.

I plan to use quick detailer which is spray on wax.
