BMW of Fairfax Service Advisor

Hey all, did some searching around the forum and other places to find some SA recommendations at BMW FFX but all the threads are many years old.

No surprise that most recommend Frankie and she has been my OG SA for years. Unfortunately, she's no longer there and I'd love to find a new person who I can trust.

Open to any recommendations and experience y'all may have.

I live right by BMW of Rockville but had never heard great things so never tried them out. I know they've done a lot of remodeling so not sure if things have changed there so I welcome any experience with them as well.

I’m in the same situation and tried a different service advisor at BMW of Fairfax and he wasn’t as good. My next appointment is with Danika Edwards since I saw some people recommended her.
