Quick question for anyone who knows what does "Coldstart RPM" do?

Does it make a difference if my coldstart rpm is 0rpm or 1200rpm

Your car will idle at the chosen RPM for 45 seconds each time you start your car.

Yeah, toggling it on and off makes no difference.

The strange thing is the newest CS version behaves like Stage 1 Ver 7 as far as burbles is concerned, not burbles while driving but at a stop, free-revving will activate the burbles.

I think PTF fixed it right away the next day with Stage 1 V8 and the burbles came back full force.

I requested help/support ticket from them but no response yet for a few days already.

With no cats you should just turn it off. Even with cats, you're just making the car slightly less efficient until it gets to operating temperature.

Is it possible with a BM3 tune to keep the valves open in all 3 modes - efficient, sport & sport +?

Does any tuning platform offer this feature without using 3rd party canflap device.

We could add that fairly easily. Most people have expressed a desire to open full time only in sport/+ mode while leaving efficient OEM to have best of both worlds.

Yes, but only BM3 so far offers the ability to make changes to the burbles, flaps etc by the user.

In winter, efficient mode is run more often but would be great to get hear the exhaust rumble at very least.

Posting my experience in here. Hope I'm not hijacking too much.

I was on version 2 91 ACN Stage 2+ (downpipes, stock after that) and just upgraded to version 7 or 8 I believe. The flashing took about 4 mins I believe and was pretty straight forward. My experience coming from having OTS map with GTS start up and the normal burble (not aggressive) I did the custom burble, set it at 3 and it was pretty close to what that OTS level of sound was. For those asking for some sort of comparison. I did also notice that even shifting up now the burbles will come on, before it only sounded off when I lifted. I love that we can now configure the burble for whatever RPM. My only request is to have the burble taper off. So if I shift at 7k rpm the burble is loud but as rpm's drop so does the sound level. I think it would make the burble sound more realistic vs I lift my foot at 4k rpm and it sounds like a gun shot. Other than that dream I think BM3 has been amazing, power delivery and everything else has been nothing short of a incredible. Thanks again to everyone working hard to create a great product.

Has anyone been able to get burbles on downshifts to work stage 1?

Here they are, saying they'll do it:

Got it on the GTS burble, we'll add it in

We were testing 6MT revmatch with some of the members in the Facebook group (bootmod3 enthusiasts) but I'm not sure if it was finalized as some of the test cars haven't had a chance to confirm it yet with us. If you'd like to try it let us know

proTUNING Freaks looks like theres some more interest in the GTS roar as a setting.

They just released an update to OTS for testing this last night. Can’t wait to give it a shot and see if it works! I know for some guys still needs a bit more work but they’re on it.

Just updated to 8.4 this morning, still no rev match in sport plus. Has anyone else updated? Is there an additional setting I need to toggle?
