SO such a weird color. In some shots I like it, in other shots (like the group photo on the main page) it looks bad. YMB lying and looking better than it actually does as usual.

I keep coming back to this thread to look at that Sakhir orange M3. these pictures seem to really capture how I remember it looking in person.

Wonderful! Two questions though:

1) What tires were guys running at the track? I noticed the Toyo badge so I assume someone is running R888?

2) Is it ok to take M3/4 on the track during break in period? I only ask because I'm going to INDE Motorsports Ranch this weekend mainly to race my E36, but it will be hard to resist taking my new M4 out on the track too. It will only have about 700 miles on it but I would just take it out in Novice group and just stay in 4th and 5th gear to stay under 5500 rpm. I only fear the "red mist" and the temptation to start pushing her a little further than I should.

Any opinions are welcomed.

Agreed. Saw one the other day with 18" wheels and it was soo hot.
