Electronic steering wheel w/o CU

Hi guys
I got this steering wheel without control unit and retrofit cable. I bought for cheap and at first i had no intention for the display.

However, I thought about making display to works then asked the SA for the CU. I had part number but he said BMW wont show it in order system so i couldnt buy it.

Retrofit cable can be built but not for cu i guess

Any idea to get cu?
