Retrofitting adaptive Xenon To adaptive full LED

I thought I would share this project with you guys, I made a huge mistake back when I ordered my f80 without full adaptive Led headlights and couldn't get over how much better they look vs xenon headlights so after doing some major researching and help from a friend we've completed the retrofit on my car and I absolutely love them.

I'm assuming you had to do code them in?

If you don't mind can you do a DIY guide with parts and coding procedure?

There's a bit discussed in this thread about price/supplier but not much details on the DIY, price varied from $3k to $8k depending on supplier and wether it was adaptive or not. Only one person completed the headlight retrofit in their F30, and it seems the F30/F32 LED headlights may fit the F80/F82. http://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1141545

I'm helping someone with this now (funny enough he has a MW/SO and did both LED and LCI tails)

We are having coding issues though.

Full adaptive works, but angel eyes, turn signals, and amber corners don't work.

After trying an exhaustive amount of things he is going to the dealership tomorrow to have the whole car programmed using the custom VO I wrote to the car that has LED's in the VO.

Awesome! I'm so glad I checked LED box when I ordered the car. I coded mine to euro specs and they are worth every penny.

Yes there's coding involved and wiring and sorry unfortunately I don't have DIY, my friend helped me out coding and wiring

All you need is the full led adaptive headlights with all modules and custom harness/coding

I'm awaiting delivery of my M3 and did not get the LED lights. I did try to add it to my order as I overlooked it initially, but my car went to 150 status within 24 hours which was awesome but sad at the same time. Hoping I will be just as happy once I'm behind the wheel.

I'm wondering if it will be possible with a retrofit like this to have it properly euro-coded or if it will be impossible due to the lack of the small camera in the rear view mirror (I think?) in which case it would be mostly a cosmetic change? Curious to know how you are making out with them so far.

Look great but I think your should of tried the f30 lci led headlight and I think that would look sick.
