Okay, okay, just checked out Guilia and . . . (+ eye candy pics super high end cars)
Got to admit the Guilia looks kick ass in person. The front is much smaller and subdued in person than in photos.

And there is another hot tall blonde Easter European looking girl there, that looked like my wife, working as a sales person who also just purchased an M3 and she now wants a Guilia.
The QVs are sold out through the end of the year so nothing but the cheap models, but they were getting a lot of attention according to my wife. She said a lot of people are inquiring about the Guilia saying they are tired of the same old same old with BMW and Mercedes. I agree BMW desperately needs a true face lift, but Mercedes have gone through a great face lift in my opinion. Last edited by 996ttelise; 03-25-2017 at 05:07 PM.. |

Okay, this is going to be an unsual role reversal thread for those casual observers of us disagreeing with one another, but I still love the M3's looks every bit as much as the Quadrifoglio. I was tortured by the decision of which one to drive everyday for the past month, and they look amazing sitting next to each other in the garage, but the M3 is finally departing for good on Tuesday night. Huge tears.
Glad you have seen the Alfa in person, but must caution that the Quadrifoglio is signifigantly different than the base Giulias, just like the M3 over standard 3 series models. When you finally get to drive the Quadrifoglio you get what all the mountains of independent praise is about. Welcome to the dark side! |

Lol, I am working on that brother. I actually got sidetracked by cars of all things.
If you are a car guy like me, this place is like being in an art gallery. Pictures simply do not do the Rolls and high-end Aston Martin stuff justice. They had a another glass viewing room in the back of the modules that ran the length of the store with Ferraris and some old classic muscle car stuff. I felt like I was driving off in a beater, used Kia from that place in my M3. Went to the Porsche store across the street and I swear the cars looked cheap and the showroom low rent after that. Wife's place was rocking and she was having to go on test drives. These guys were blasting off down the street in the Aston's, Bentley coupes and even the new Maseratis sounded amazing. |

Wait til you see and drive the Quadrifoglio. I think you may be a convert if you like the refined ride of the Quattroporte and Astons. It has all of the performance of the M3 with M5 suspension refinement, but never floaty. It's black magic, I swear. |

go ahead...you can say it....don't be afraid BTW...dead on the AM....I think that they are the most stunning GT cars around...the Vanquish is on my short list...not a new one but an "S" from 04. They are absolute beasts dressed in a tailored suit.... I believe the proof is in the pudding...drive a QV and try not to smile & laugh Regards M

I have seen the Giulia in person one time, I can't get past the front end of the car. I find the car interesting and want to like it, but my m3 takes it in the looks department with the more aggressive body and wider look.

Hey 996...
I say no to the AM in lieu of the 458, and, more importantly, we're still waiting for the photos of the tall, hot blondes. I'm kinda getting tired of looking at the same grey and white aluminum and CF body panels, to be frank! |

Seems to hold it's own in pretty exotic company. I loved my M3, but I'd kidding myself if I thought it also would too. It would look like a Prius sitting next to the Ferrari.

but where do they put all those cars at night. i mean, they detail them every day and don't let sunlight and rain touch them, right? right? i mean, if an 80k m3 is meant to be driven only 5 miles per month, i can only imagine how these must be treated. i assume they just build you that long glass case in your house since that's where those stay?

The eye candy in those pics equates to the hard translucent type with crickets inside. Not appetizing by apperance.
I've got to like the looks of a car before even considering getting in one. And those don't fit the bill for me by any measure.
