Anyone in Calgary able to help with JB4?

I tried to download the latest JB4 interface and it would not say "application cannot be started. contact application vendor". Now I go start the car and it shows "drive train malfunction". Any one in Calgary able to help? Or at least help me put the JB4 to map 0 so I can bring it into dealer for them to have a look?

I'm assuming the JB4 update was interrupted somehow and failed. Contact BMS I'm sure they'll be able to help. Not sure why you want to take the car to the dealer when your problem is the JB4.

Yeah I will contact them. And you are right it did show fail when trying to load the HEX file. I was thinking since it says "drivetrain malfunction" maybe should take to dealer. But I am guessing it happened because of JB4 failing to upload the HEX.

It's probably throwing a drivetrain malfunction code because your JB4 software is corrupted. Signals from the different sensors that the JB4 is attached to get manipulated by the JB4, so if the JB4 software is corrupted it will be sending out all sorts of faulty signals. So I would definitely not drive the car. Just try to update the software again, if it still fails contact BMS.

Have sent email to Burger tech support. Let's see what happens and hope it gets resolved.

All is good. Figured it out last night. The solution was quite simple. I guess there must be something on my laptop profile that JB4 interface didn't like. I opened a new user profile (on the same laptop) and it worked no problem. Strange but it worked. All good and everything running same as before.
