Sucks to see this.

Btw, who said this guy is a spoiled kid? You all need to lighten up a tad.

This guy could be a software developer or maybe has done well in the stock market? idk.. just a thought.

Anyways, RIP to the M4.

Another good reason to follow break-in protocol. Driving schools a really great idea as well.
Yes, agreed. In reality most of the breakin protocol is for the driver to get accustomed to their car before you stretch its legs. In fact Porsche doesn't have a breakin period in Europe on most models...only NA.

I hope the guy wasn't hurt..that looked like the car took a pretty good shot.

Yup - I've seen too many of those ... kids watching all of the awesome drifting videos and forgetting those all take place on a track.

The other accidents I see are kids with the traction control on but going so fast that they hit a bump, front tires lose grip, and now nothing can overcome physics.

It's just like the 4WD guys that think they can drive through 10' snow - only there you just get stuck

No doubt the M4 is a wonderful car, but I wonder if such a machine has too much power for public roads.

What a dumbass, this car jus came out? M5 took two 2secs to break headlines for a crash too. They might as well start a chart on the time between a car is released to the public til it's first crash cause this is a record.

Aiiii-cheee-wawa!! Reminds me of the first C7 drivers! Come on we are better then that!
I think there needs to be a direct link of the DSC disable (Sport+) to driver age and GPS location! No reason for that type of driving given the conditions. Sad I'm sure the driver is OK given the awesome technology we have.
