Why would you need that in the sedan with its tiny doors? The B-pillar is practically in your asshole. You're saying you can't reach your asshole to grab your seatbelt?

i was gonna say if you need something to hand your seatbelt to you then either get the sedan or stick to the e92.

the seatbelt hander over was over complicated and unnecessary. i think the hook on the seat is a brilliant idea. i use it all the time. its simple and works. exactly the kind of solutions i want.

Haha, I hate the hook, but my reasons are stupid.

I never remember to cut my nails, and I manage break them off with the hook, which is not bad, but painful. That's probably the biggest complaint other than the less I've had in the car but now that I understand it has a use and was not left there because extra plastic was to be wasted, I might as well learn to put the seat straight in an other way and use the hook.

we got kids we can train to eventually hook our belts in for us. can't wait for that day.

these guys complaining the coupes seat belt is too hard to get should try a drivers change when co-driver is over one foot taller and you need to somehow grab the shoulder straps between a cage a net and fire supression system. oh yeah you got 40 seconds to do that as well because at 41 fuel is loaded and now you are on company time.

This! I've trained dogs all my life, kids can't be harder, right?

To be honest, I didn't find getting the belt on difficult at all even before the hook was explained. Sure, I have to move a hand a bit but it it doesn't really bother me. Your description kind of gives a little perspective too to what is difficult.

Maybe we just are grumpy old men with bad backs if this is such an issue.

go and jump in an E92 and see how long you gotta wait for that robot arm to help you out. don't get me started on cupholders...

I wish the seats in the f82 were the same as the f83.. They have the seatbelt attached to the seat and they also have extenders, even neck warmers!

The cup holders in this are excellent! I think in this I have the most experience in the forum and mine are perfection crusted with love.

True, the thingy in the E92 is not perfection but it is funny. It shows what BMW thought of the future owners.

Haha, waiting for a robot to hand you the seatbelt and reaching in front of the passenger seat to get your drink. All ideas whose times have come and gone, thankfully!

M4 seatbelt difficulties?

just wondering about a minor issue, anybody else get annoyed about how difficult it is too put the seatbelt on in the m4. i remember sitting in a 428i and it having a motorized device to push the seatbelt to come towards you

Anyways, just wondering if f82 owners have noticed

I find it easy, just take it from the seat level. Also, there is a hook for the belt you can put it on when getting out.

Just get used to putting it on before closing the door and reach around the seat, not over. Becomes second nature and no problem at all.

Yes, I do, it is pretty annoying actually. My friend has the new m6 and he has a clip so it's easy. I asked about this and they said because of the sport seats, us owners have to live with the seat belt being back farther.

Really easy on the M4 vert as the seat belt is built into the seat!

Ohhh yea I know about that, it falls out pretty easily though. The clip I was talking about is on the door frame I think?
