Obviously the IND treatment with the grille and the reflectors, etc. My main desire is the CCWs, coilovers, and tint(doesn't count). By the time I take delivery, there should be a fair amount of tuning available. Terry has been doing a lovely job. With that will probably come an exhaust and maybe a couple things.

The kicker? Anything else that comes out by the time I get back from Korea.
I'm thinking Klassen M52-R, Yokohama AD08R 275F/305R, KW Sleeve Kit, Eisenmann exhaust, IND Cosmetic stuff, Tint, Hardwire Passport Max to start. I'm sure there will be some tuning and down pipe stuff later on. I won't do anything crazy, just more than on the 911.

Can't wait to see your passport setup.

I also cannot wait to see these 305R setups start trickling in.

Nice! Bringing back the Klassens!

I actually preferred the M52 over the M52-R. But when it comes to the F8x I think the sharpness of the R variant will be better suited to that sharp body style

That looks wonderful! I think the darkest gray combined with a little shine is perfect.

Steering is awful, the car was fast but no fun, rather than improve they make band-aids like the Sport Differential, etc., etc.

Looks and promise won't lure me again over pure function and engineering. Lesson learned. Someone is getting a well maintained car. I hope they don't die of boredom.
I 100% agree with you on this. I just never got excited enough about owning and driving an audi. Aside from the R8 (which i test drove number or times) i owned the best they had for the class that i'm interested in. Ended up regretting it a week after buying it.

I'm turning in my Rs5 Tomorrow as a trade-in... I highly doubt i'll miss it at all. It's a great looking car... Very pretty and the sound it makes, it could move a mountain... but it just doesn't get me the least excited about driving it.

I saw your thread. I'm glad to hear you are able to get rid of the RS5. I really want to love Audi, but they just make it so difficult.

I know it's not the F80 yet, but I took a few shots today with the new Auto Finesse Desire carnuba.

Check my Journal for my full detailing write-up I did this week:

http://www.6speedonline.com/forums/9...ournal-21.html

White is hard to capture the depth. The wax looks good. I certainly don't notice $200 good, but it looks good. We'll see about beading and durability.

As you can tell from the issues using the polarizer today, I'm still no expert photographer. Man I do love 70-200mm f2.8 IS II.

What polarizer are you using and what do you use for post processing?

BTW don't hate so hard on a sunroof. Relax a little and feel the breeze!! =)

Congratulations on the M3, great stablemate for the Porsche.

I love reading "sob" stories because I come from one as well, hard work and persistence will get you passed any speedbump life throws in your way.

Klassen M52-R's, yes, yes, and YES! Have you considered the glossy bronze? Would look very good with the white exterior.

I have this filter:

http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produc...olarizing.html

I shoot in RAW with a Canon 5D MK III. I have a 50mm f1.2L and a 70-200mm f2.8L IS II. I have limited editing skills. I simply use LR4. I understand I should be bracketing with a tripod and a remote trigger. I have never invested the time to learn how to do it. I also have the full CS5.5, but I don't use PS. My wife does, I just never learned how to use it.

Thanks man!

I do have an soft spot for bronze on white, but I think my aggressive bronze wheels days are over.

Yeah if you want to make the most out of your polarizer for shooting vehicles, your goal is to eliminate glare on each window. That requires more than 1 shot because if you can get the glare off the windows it will still be on the windshield and vice versa.

So eliminate the glare off one window, take a shot......then spin the polarizer to eliminate the glare off the windshield, and take another shot. Yes you would quickly have to combine them in PShop, but when you have 2 pictures of identical structure and lighting and are only out to have both window and windshield free of glare, it's a very quick and painless process. If you get a trial version of CS6 or something, your Lightroom 4 ports right into it. Very easy and very intuitive. I think your photos look great regardless, very crisp.

I say either bronze of the new Carbonado finish by Klassen. Shoot me a PM, let's talk renders maybe that will help aid you in your decision.

Nice, I'm about the same although I have the 6D (bought it earlier this year). I didn't want to drop for 5D as I figured I wouldn't be good enough to use it yet and there's likely a new one coming out soon ... plus I thought I might decide to go mirrorless. That said I love the 6D and I haven't run into any situations where I'd need the 5D but it's always nice to have the best I bet!

Yeah, I have no clue how to use photoshop and all that ... I just use LR and really only for very limited stuff ... seem like it's all you need, but then I have no idea

For what it's worth, I love the pics!

I spent a few minutes looking at your C2S Journal.

1. First off, massive respect for the detail job and the time you put explaining your techniques, etc.

2. I now have a new person to refer my wife to when she says I am too anal about the cars - thank you for that !

3. I REALLY, REALLY think you need to clean up and organize my garage...

Anyway, congrats on the M3 - will complement the C2S nicely.
