My last fill up yesterday was 26,1 MPG (verified, not on the board computer). I drove on the highway and on several mountains roads.

Regardless of verification (which I'll do ) I never saw my m5 with 20+ gallon tank over 414... for this to be that high with a 15 gallon tank is awesome

It always seems a bit optimistic after you fill up. Not sure what it's based off of, perhaps the mpg over the life of the car?
That's about the same as what I see when I fill up my 335. I'd be more interested in what range you actually got and mpg/avg speed. Obviously you could probably hit that with mostly highway driving if you're gentle, but 80% city, you'd be lucky to hit 375. |

the first few days of driving - 14.8mpg estimated by computer. Now that i've calmed down a bit, its up to 17.9mpg.
This is 80% highway. 17.9 was trying efficient mode for one day, but still going 80mph+. 14.8 is for 100% sport plus mode.

Mine gets under 10mpg in the short period after starting up and in slow traffic, but on the open road restricted to about 60mph, I've seen 35mpg for short intervals. My average is 26mpg, but these are UK gallons
