If I paid $15k down for my lease, I would've been paying $500ish/mo after taxes. I actually talked to my advisor about trading in my old car and he blind matched my offer from CarMax for $15.5k and gave me that number. I decided to pocket the money and "paid" $0 down/driveoff and my monthly came to $1044 after taxes, $956 before. msrp $81k, 45k miles/3years, 58% residual, 0.00156 mf. AND I've been told that I'm paying too much. Don't let them talk you into a lease. If you plan on keeping the car finance it. I would never put anything down on a lease if it's not required. I would much rather keep that money and invest it elsewhere than to secure a lower monthly payment. Send them a counter and tell them their numbers are ridiculous. Client advisor from my local dealership called me this weekend. Said he was "assigned" to me. Whatever that means. I told him we were gonna be in the market for two cars this spring/summer but wasn't happy with the current rates/situation. His reply was that BMW is going to throw around some incentives etc etc... to move cars.
I'm going to start my search for a CA/Dealership that will deal on two cars with ED potentially mixed in there next month. December is good month for vehicle lease/purchase IMO. I'll report back |

Daamn! that's steep, 1200+ month for an M3 is insane!! I'm glad I leased last year, leased an 18 on December, 83.5K MSRP, I'm at 880 moth including tax (10.75% LA tax, 795 without tax), I think that's the sweet spot for a lease on an M3.

How's this deal?
New 2018 M3 Grigio (comp, executive, 19's, DCT, extended leather, etc) for $75k? Should I try for $70k?

Bmw Cs Residuals To Change
BMW will announce CS residuals will now be the same as standard M3/M4. Will lower payments as much as $400 a month on a $0 down lease.
This may only be regional but will happen. |

Now this would be amazing. However I don't see BMW throwing in the towel on the CS this soon.

ED pricing questions
Hello,
I have to place an order for my next car, which will be a M4 CP, I will be in Munich in April. My question is, are the discounts set when you do a ED? Any negotiation between my dealer on price? This is my second BMW, I will be trading in a '17 X6 50i, I like the car but I want something more suited for the track. Any other tips for a first time ED'er would be great. BTW, I am in Wisconsin, my closest two dealers are Rochester MN, and Milwaukee WI Thank You, KP |

That's pretty awesome. Hopefully we see some residuals improve on other vehicles as well. I don't see the MF getting any better with the rising interest rates though. But more incentives would offset this

Definitely shop around. Make sure the dealer actually has an allocation for an M4 build and that they are willing to do the Euro delivery. No actual allocation then just walk away. And don’t feel obligated to shop only in your immediate area. You can order anywhere within XX miles radius, and make an adventure drive back home when it gets redelivered. Or, widen the net and decide on PCD delivery in which case you can shop around anywhere in the US for the best deal. Forgot to say, by the look of things the euro delivery may be going the way of the dodo, could be phased out soon. So if you’ve ever wanted to do one, now is the time and don’t worry about a 2% discount, the experience more than makes up for it. Check out my ED post in the Photos section.

I bought an used 2015 M4 with 14k miles back in August from a Lexus dealer. The car had almost every option available at the time with a MSRP of $88k. It has xpel PPF installed and in perfect condition, even the sakhir orange leather looks like no one ever sit on it before. Guess how much the dealer paid for it? $41k! That is after the $4k low mileage adjustment. The real residual on 15 is about 42~45% if you pay attention to dealer auction price. Unfortunately, BMW flooded the market with too many F80/82 with their aggressive leasing back then and now it is hurting them. I doubt the 60% residual will ever come back unless US government bans any car with less than 25mpg lol J/K |
