Buzzing rattle from rear sunshade

Anyone getting a buzzing rattle when you drive over a rougher road from the rear sunshade? Definitely a small annoyance but would love to eliminate. The sound is ONLY heard if the sunshade is down. The minute you put it up, it's gone.

it's a known issue with previous BMW models...might be something a piece of felt or two along the rear sunshade mount might remedy....or might just be a "design flaw"..i'm sure other members will chime in here...

Never heard any noise from the rear sun shade up or down, take it to the dealer.

I haven't heard any noise from the rear shade however a rattle which i hear when driving over a rough surface is from my drivers side door where the plastic(gunmetal) grey strip houses the led light. I get this rattling noise and if i gently touch the plastic it goes away. anyone else heard this? i did go to the dealership which ordered anew part however I'm not convinced that the installation will make it go away. i was told that the strip is plastic welded to the door. i don't think an after market place will do it properly and most likely ruin the door panel. any ideas?

Thanks guys. I've not had good luck with taking rattles to dealerships in my previous car so was hoping if someone had similar rattle, I could felt tip it and fix it myself. I'll troubleshoot it one of these days.

had a simlar rattle in my e60 that was found to be from my rear parcel shelf..dealership put some felt material (much like the one you find on your setbelt clips) on the mounts..remedied the rattle..
