I'd rather stick to the stock exhaust. Unlike an E9x M3 which is pretty much begging for an aftermarket system, I think the stock one on the M3/4 sounds fine (apart from cold start, that sounds terrible).
For the money these aftermarket mufflers are going for, they just simply are not worth it IMO.

The car sounds so much better in person but this video of them just sitting there revving is awful. They all sound equally terrible. Still wouldn't keep me from buying an M3/4

It took me a weekend in an Akrapovic M4 to really really appreciate what they've done. It's not all about the loudness but also the tone and the "melody" the exhaust makes under various circumstances

Fart cans, all of them. I have a '14 civic Si sedan for a daily commuter car and the exhaust and induction on that car sounds awesome compared to these. Still have a strong bias to my E9x, I'll admit it.
