I guess the clear winner is the MPE.

Actually, to me they do too. I think, I'd be the least tired with the stock exhaust after a 3-4hour ride. The other two produced resonances, which could become truly annoying if they get into the cabin (and judging by the pitch of the exhaust tone, they might). Stock is heavily muffled compared to the other two, probably for a reason (I can't think why BMW would deliberately kill the engine sound with a cr*p exhaust).

Question is, how these pipes perform under load when driving. That would make the comparison actually worthwhile

I'd rather stick to the stock exhaust. Unlike an E9x M3 which is pretty much begging for an aftermarket system, I think the stock one on the M3/4 sounds fine (apart from cold start, that sounds terrible).

For the money these aftermarket mufflers are going for, they just simply are not worth it IMO.

All bias aside, this.

The car sounds so much better in person but this video of them just sitting there revving is awful. They all sound equally terrible. Still wouldn't keep me from buying an M3/4

I need to hear them on a run while going through the gears to make an honest judgement.

IMO my stock N55 335i sounds better than all of them.

Of the three, I think stock M4 sounds the least like a "souped up" Honda Civic.

exactly,

You're not gonna be able to tell shit about an exhaust from a couple revs in a parking lot, you're not getting the sounds from downshifts, tunel runs, backfires, burbles etc... It took me a weekend in an Akrapovic M4 to really really appreciate what they've done. It's not all about the loudness but also the tone and the "melody" the exhaust makes under various circumstances

Fart cans, all of them. I have a '14 civic Si sedan for a daily commuter car and the exhaust and induction on that car sounds awesome compared to these. Still have a strong bias to my E9x, I'll admit it.
