We used the 50474 springs but the rear was too low so we put in the H&R Sport Rear Springs for 435i

Car looks great. Love the white with red/orange interior. The 435 springs work much better on this application in my opinion.

Took out the Supreme Power B8.5 S4 Stage II and did some runs against the Supreme Power M3.

The M3 beat the Stage II S4 in all types of runs. Off the line, Off a roll, 70-120 the M3 won. I expected the Stage II S4 to win at least off the line with launch control and E85/91 Race Mix.

A pic of the 2 cars before romping around:

I'm just waiting for the coilovers grrrrr. I don't think I am going to switch out any springs right now just wait. Then there was a huge delay in my wheels.. I'll drop by this week.

I wonder how many seconds are lost around the track with those 30 side walls. 19" are perfect for the new M3.

My track set is

BBS Motorsport E01
19 x 9.5
19 x 11.5

Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2
265 35 19
305 30 19

I wouldnt track on 20" wheels.....and I really do like how the 19" feel.

I would have preferred to have the 18" BBS Motorsport wheels however since I am changing over to Brembo they wouldnt clear the 18" wheels.

I am not a fan of 4 door sport/GT cars, but if this car were mine I would not lower. KennyPowers is right, theoretically. However would like to see how this rides and whether the lack of travel on this specific vehicle will make the tires skip rather than grip due to less static height reducing cornering performance, but its just a guess.

Regarding the wheels, I like the black OEMs better. The size of the R103s with that much of a drop plus the number of spokes distracts me from focusing on the beauty of this car itself. If your going for pure vanity I think the P101s at 20" with no drop would have been a better choice. You could also see the blue calipers better through the P101s.

Great looking car. Amazing stance.

I dont think he cares about the blue calipers showing, as he mentioned a few times he has brembos coming in.
