Bmw f82 dct issues stuck in 1st gear

Hello everyone one first I would like to greet this amazing bimmer community site that help and learn more to each other ,
I own a F82 2017 with dct car is completely stock i had an issue with the drive train the like sometimes i hit the brake and the cars go down shift at 2nd / 1st grar the transmission will knock and i may hear like clicking noise in dct handle
And the car will be stuck in 1st gear only
Till i close the vehicle and turn it on again.
My car has 95k KM stock
If anyone has faced this issue please and know how to deal with it please let me know 🙏 therefore
* i never put my hand in the paddles
* try to shift in pasdles but it will be stuck in first gear only,
I had an issue leakage of transmission cooler and been fixed but didn’t add any fluid .
