There's a little more flake in Tanzanite as compared to Deep Sea Blue. But yes, I agree. It doesn't look different enough from Deep Sea Blue to really justify the cost in my opinion.
Personally, the more I see of Yas Marina Blue the more I like it. It's different and it really stands out. It doesn't work on many cars, but I think it totally suits the M3. |

I have never been more confused about a color choice. I had a Montego Blue 335 before and I really liked the color. Lately can't seem to makeup mind whether to go SO(http://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho...4&postcount=70) or Tanzanite Blue or Azurite Black. I really don't want to wash the car everyday, I am more of a once a month car wash guy

^^Montego was a very nice blue! I wish they still continued the color, it was a pretty "racy" looking blue. Tanzanite IMHO, it too "old man" blue, too dark, not enough flash (as apposed to YMB, which has too much flash).

I agree with your assessment on MB. Let's see when the individual photos start coming in, so we can assess better.

Wow. I Think that's the best color I've seen on it for sure. It might be pretty dark when not under show room lights but it's elegant, and much less obnoxious than the press colors. If this wasn't an extra 5k I would put this over saddle brown or SO for sure. White interior is functionally silly.

gorgeous interior. almost perfect. shame those cheap plastics on the electric seats controls. Can anyone tell me if that chrome like bit on the seats makes it to production? I´ve seen it on the 4ser bmw pics but its replaced by a nasty cheap black bit on production vehicles
