Dealer Installed Options Discount?

I made the mistake of not having the dealer work my CF Rear Diffuser and Spoiler into my lease on my current M3. If I get an M4 next year, I think I'll just check all the CF boxes I want:

Rear Diffuser
Rear Spoiler
Front Splitter
All CF interior trim

I've never negotiated accessories before, but how low have you gone? Is it far fetched to get invoice on these add-ons?

I hope somebody can add on but I met somebody on this board that claimed they added all the MP CF pieces while at the port and all the cost was just added to the residual without affecting the agreed upon lease terms.

That's the idea. My current M3 came with port installed MPE, full CF/alcantera interior trims, and black kidneys. Cap cost goes up, but so does residual. I'm wondering if the same could be applied to dealer installed accessories but at a discount towards cap cost.
