What dealer do you go to? (Tri-state)

I'm looking for a nice, reliable, friendly dealer in the Trieste area.

I bought my car in Poughkeepsie;too far for me to drive up there just for service.

I have to make an appointment to do my 1,200 mile service.

Any recommendations? Thanks!

no, but they mostly only have M4s there usually and that M3 was the first one I've seen there in a long time. plus you have a 2017 so i figured that was the one.

Yes I agree
The black zcp looked really nice, congrats on the buy to the OP. I rarely see m3's in the Hudson Valley.

I'm in Poughkeepsie but bought mine at Orange County bmw because my dad was screwed at Hudson Valley in the past.
Then I got screwed at Orange County with service on this M3 so I go to Hudson Valley to service it now. lol.

Got my 2015 M4 from Mt Kisco and they do all my service.
No complaints so far including upgrading my software for free.

That's the key - Sales and Service are completely unrelated profit centers at all the dealerships (same with used Sales), and one should not assume that a good experience with one will translate into similar with another.

I've had good luck buying new cars from Open Road BMW chain, but also like ex-JMK/Springfield for service.

YMMV,

I bought out of state but use Open Road in Morristown for service. They have been good and the level of service is the same as a buyer from that dealership (last car) and non-dealer buyer (this one).

I have always recommended Bmw of Darien but at this point I don't know. My last visit there was a waste of time and what a lack of service. Just to clarify I am a person who prefers avoid a conflict. I didn't even say anything to them and just pick my car and went home but I will sure explode in my post-service review.

Circle BMW at Eatontown, NJ. They are good. Tim is the M SA, and amazing guy.

You can also try Edison BMW. I visited them once, and I found them very receptive and happy to help.

As a future M4 owner... do you have to take your car for "free" service to the dealer you bought it from? Sorry for the NOOB question...

For service, I go to the BMW of Greenwich and Mamaroneck center in Port Chester. I've had consistently good experiences - happy to recommend some service guys if you like.
