Is that the OTS stage 2 bm3 or are you custom tuning it? How does a car with that much power respond to sports+?

Waiting patiently for custom tune so I can drive all day on sports+, instead of only using it to pass a car and change back before my car shakes and noises are chalk board scratches to your ears! power is there but not all useable, how does 600whp feel?? my neck would be hurting from the rocking of the car lol .

We're using the OTS tune for this build, M4 runs great.

But the issue in 5th gear and above that you explained with partial throttle (to me its between 3k-4k rpm), I also still have it. Working on it with PTF though, so hopefully a fix will be out soon.

I re flashed the tune and the throttle sensitivity in the lower gears is gone. Now I have the same exact issue as you in 5th and higher at 3-4K rpm. Please let us know if you find a fix or anything that helps with this issue.

It seems to do it more pronounced when the car is driven and fully warmed up and parked for a few minutes(go into a store), then restarted and driven. This is when it seems to be at its worst. It is like the throttle is surging from more to less(between 3-4k rpm) under partial acceleration and making some farting noises too. This is in the sport plus mode.

Now imagine the sound with an mpexhaust. Its pretty loud and not music to your ears. It runs great when hard on throttle but not revving high on the higher gears but crusing at 3-5k rpm farts like a beast! Any help or update would be awesome!

Working with PTF on those issues as well as fine tuning other things. The loud exhaust noise (from the exhaust valves being 100% open all the time in Sport+), and the "Farting" noise from the aggressive anti-lag system have been resolved. The throttle sensitivity/jerking in 5th gear and above in the mid range is also resolved. But as I said working on fine tuning one or two more things and I think the map will be set for others to get the update.

I think you guys will be very happy with the latest changes all around, including power wise

im not sure if this was discussed earlier in this post but i just got my ecu unlocked and bm3 earlier this week and flashed it to my car. Ever since then im getting rpm pulsing from 3-4-5 gear after 3k-7k rpm under load. Have any idea what it could be ? the car is driving good no issue but in sports plus under load its pulsing very slightly like its struggling.

What exactly do you mean "when I did the update..."?
Updating the app, or the agent or even reflashing the same map does nothing.
PTF has to push the new updated map onto your account, which you then flash.

Got the latest update from PTF and this is the best one so far! Night an day from the farting and drivability on sports+ is back!!!! If you haven't yet, the updates fixes all my problems I'm confident it will for yours as well. What is the update release date?
How we can get it?
The current map that I have is OTS stage 2 91 oct and I have the same
issues that been posted above

You have two ways now to request an update. You can by opening a ticket here https://bootmod3.atlassian.net/servi...ion=portal%2F1

The second method, which is what PTF are trying to move towards is via the app.
Open the BM3 app, then click on your stock tune (the map you used to activate BM3)




Then click on Edit on the top right corner (the first time it will ask you for your full VIN number, then you can tick the box to have it not ask you again for it)




Then click on Request Tune




Then select PTF for the tuner and fill in the necessary info




You will then have a new map with the name you chose showing IN PROGRESS and ProTuningFreaks labeled on it. It will show READY once PTF pushes your map.

That's right. So the method I explained above of how to request a new map should only be done the first time you request a map update via the app. After that whenever you need a map update you simply click on that new tuned map you received with a ProTuningFreaks logo on it




Then click on Request Update




Then select PTF as the tuner and enter your issue/need for a map update in the description




After that you'll notice that the same map you're on will show IN PROGRESS, it will also show ACTIVE meaning this is the map you're on.




Once you get the update back from PTF, you'll notice that same map is showing READY again. You won't be getting a separate map line. Simply click on it and flash, it will obtain the latest map PTF updated for you even though it still shows ACTIVE.
