Car is in the body shop!

No...not the repair body shop! I just called for the production status (still scheduled for completion June 6th) but they said now instead of "in production" it says "in body shop".

Just one more little thing to check up on as I count the days for this Orange Crush (SO/SO) to be complete!

By the way will there be any of you at BMW NA this weekend? I am taking my car up there to trade into the dealer (Atlantic City) and we are heading up to BMW HQ in Englewood Cliffs. Supposedly some big M deal going on that day.

Its not Englewood Cliffs... It is Woodcliff Lake. I would go but I have to be the "soccer dad" that day.

englewoodclifflake? Yeah, my sales advisor is taking me there so whatever it's called, that is where I will be! It will be sad to be without my 550i Msport....but I guess when I get the M3 in a couple of weeks I will get over it!

BMW doesn't update their system very quickly. Mine was in the body shop for 3 days, then went directly into assembly (skipped paint shop). Hope it's painted haha. Then the system said it was being transferred to the port of exit, but just today said it completed and waiting to be turned over to the carrier.
