Port injection Maxxecu

Looking to run port injection off EOS manifold- anybody running Maxxecu controller?

I was going to go with Reflex but tuner suggested Maxxecu. Any reason one is better than the other?

Not sure but Max is being used by the G80 crowd and they all like it better than Reflex. Tuner will need to create the map for it and not sure about the harness. I've been digging but can't find much on S55 adaptation.

at this point i would wait for the bm3 rev2 board as it’s coming in quarter 2 of 2024.

There is a single s55 using maxecu so far. One off harness for the time being, might be able to get some made if the want is there.

So far the car has been running 15x better! Plus BOOST BY GEAR

would you not be able to implement boost by gear via motiv as well if you’re controlling boost thru a mac solenoid connected to motiv?

Another another nice thing about max ecu is it doesn’t shut off randomly mid pull😜

why wouldn’t you be able to adjust boost by gear if you’re controlling it via an external wastegate? motiv has never shut off on me randomly.

Becuase atm on public release motiv firmware, there is no way to do boost by gear as standalone, now with ecutek or MHD where it’s “integrated” you could I believe. With maxecu you do everything via can so you can grab gear data
