Sweet Ride

Such a beauty, I love the mods too! I still can't believe how bad the welds on the cage are though, so not like BMW.

I've never been a fan of the colored CF backs on the seats but the "lightly" painted acid orange is just the right touch. Not loud AF as some of the others....just right.

Love it all. Especially those nice stripes on the seats. Is that stock for the GTS? Wish my 17'm3 Comp had it.

Those are stock. The Gts is full of amazing model specific details. I guess, for the price, it should be. Amazing car, great mods too!

Is there any actual data on the effectiveness of the risers? The factory spoiler configuration is balanced and I'm guessing this upsets the aero balance on the car. Not that the balance is key when you put it together to take pics and trips to Starbucks.
These parts on the car are simply bolt on. It can all be reverted back to stock without any indication that they were ever there.

Yes, you are correct, I took the photo with the factory street spacer there to show everyone the piece. It was then removed and cranked down to the lower collar for track height. Thanks for pointing that out.

Looks good. Curious placement of the fire extinguisher. I hope you never have to actually use it. Why not place it on the floor in front of the passenger seat so you can actually get to it quickly, god forbid you need to?

I guess that makes it right then, because that's where they install it in Europe! Sorry for questioning the location. Hope it never has to be used in a pinch.

It is actually easier to reach from the driver's seat while strapped in than if it were located in front of the passenger seat.
Easy to install as well. Just 4 screws in pre drilled location.
