Anyone else here *bone* stock?
My car is 100% bone-stock as delivered from the BMW factory.
Nothing installed after shipment from Germany: No window tint, wheels, suspension, no wheel spacers, no blacked-out trim, grilles, tips, etc., etc. What’s on my window sticker is what’s on my car…period. (except for several pounds of Oreo crumbs in the cracks of my rear seats) I love seeing what everyone else does to their cars, but I’m just not a “modder”. Am I the only one here??? Anyone else here in the same boat??? |

I've only had my car for two weeks, but yes - bone stock.

Although not technically bone stock, I think I qualify. Here's my "mods":
-spare tire kit from BimmerZone in trunk -unplugged the Active Sound Module -OEM console cupholder cover I love the way the F80 looks lowered on some nice wheels, but I've done that on my previous BMWs, and I'm not ready to take the plunge on this car (yet).

Stock except for dirt, dings, and scratches. I have a roof rack I use to transport my bike in warm months though, so it will technically go back to modified here in a few weeks.

Stock except for tint and clear bra. Does cosmetic count? I have the BMW Performance pedals and floor mats but it did come from BMW and not someone else....

Completely stock.
Have the color matched front reflectors, and some M-performance pedals. But neither are installed. Waiting for the weather to warm up a bit before tint. This is the first fun vehicle I've had that has remained completely stock for so long (just over 3 months of ownership thus far). |

OMG I'm not alone!
It's like finding more survivors on a deserted island... Although tint is a necessity in some areas of the world, it didn't leave the factory or port with it, so I'd have to say "no". Sorry!!!! I also have performance mats, black kidney grilles, and LED door projectors too, but they're all on my window sticker... It's funny too, for those of you who are waiting, I just don't feel the need to modify my car yet, if at all. Both of my e90's were modified too...I guess I feel my M3 just doesn't need anything...time will tell |

(1.) I like the looks of the car as is and if I re-up I'll get the comp pack (2.) I can't use all the horsepower I have - more HP might be fun for a freeway kickdown but it's a lot of money for just that (for me) (3.) I'm not a fan of the engine sound and no exhaust seems to fix that to my ear, although AWE is the right direction ... but it still doesn't sound right so, again, a lot of money for a still not sounding right car |

I'm stock too - the way I see it, BMW know the best way to set the car up for everyday use, so that's what I stick to! Some of the mods do look damn tempting though...

As delivered
I'm really not a modder in any way, shape or form.
From my early biking days I bought a couple of used bikes with existing mods and they were generally disasters, so I tend to steer clear. Friend of mine dropped his suspension and car looked real mean until one day he encountered a rock in the road that everyone else had driven over. He drove over it too but not without damaging his car's body work, gearbox, exhaust and diff housing |

I added a carbon-fiber license plate frame; that's it.
I really like the car as-is. I may get some exhaust tips, but that is about all I currently have on my radar.

You can add me to the list. I've done nothing to it except pamper it when she's home and add gas when she's not.
I am about to replace the stock Contis with MPS4S though. |

Without tint, reflectors, and removal of ASD the car is undriveable.

Stock except for Xpel and a factory cup holder cover (which is standard in some markets).
