As near as I can tell there are 71 M3/4's on the ship. I used BMWVin.com to look up the production data and colors (it lists other data, but I didn't use it).

I found they had production dates from May 20 to June 26 (range of 42 days post production to 5 days).

The following may help those who are waiting/trying to figure out what ship they could get on. The average number of days from production to getting on the ship was 15, but the median (midpoint) and mode (most frequent) were both 11.

I've attached the breakdown of colors and interiors so you can see what people are ordering (yes there are YSM and AY with SO interiors).

A couple other nuggets of info that may be of interest:

Breakdown of interior type was: Extended - 43, Full - 24, Cloth - 4.
Breakdown of transmission type: DCT - 54, Manual - 17

Not trying to be a Sir Loin "Data Meister", but thought I would share for those that may have any interest in a sample size of 71 cars.

I just got through the queue and talked to a CSR, I am also on the Metis Leader that departed on the 5th. Yay!

Now I need to track this Metis Leader baby on marinetraffic.com.

Yay, my ship has been off the tracker since leaving the canal, but WW website says it's picked up the day it lost - back to 7/9 arrival in Oxnard, that's Wednesday! I'm stoked!

No Idea... BMWUSA doesn't have any answers and my SA at my dealership just scratches his head... I don't know what to do. I've tried writing BMW and calling BMW in Germany.

My dealer really hasn't been any help.
