Just curious, did you have to pay for the replacement and return yours for inspection, before they comp'd you the new one? I'm having the same issue; they wanted me to buy a new one, remove and send them the one that's clunking over bumps, and they'd inspect and reimburse me if they determined it was defective. I wasn't thrilled with their offer.

We sent the bad one back and had a new one shipped immediately.

Talk to Trevor and he will sort it out for you ✔️

Trevor just sent me the new slider after I sent him the requested audio of the strut noise (I put an external mic next to the top of the strut and recorded some GoPro video going over street bumps).
