Where are the turn signals?
OK, so I need a break from the endless debate of which is better, the S55 or the S65, how BMW is lying about the 160 pound weight difference, etc., etc.
One thing I have not been able to figure out is WHERE ARE THE SIDE TURN SIGNALS? Looked at all the pictures and watched the videos. The mirrors, where the signals are in the F30, are black. Is that a blacked out signal? Or is the signal in the air gill on the side? It's also black. Really people, THIS is the important question, lol. |

It's in the black part of the side mirrors: http://f80.bimmerpost.com/goodiesfor..._1920x1200.jpg

Signals & reflectors
Nice and discreet. Wonder where the North American DOT reflectors will go?

I wish BMW would use the same reflectors on the F3X and E9X. At least they look more integrated and less tacked on than they did on the E9XM.

Turn signal in side rear mirror?
I just picked up my 2016 M3 this weekend and noticed my side mirror does not light when I signal for a turn. My 2013 335 xdrive had this feature that I got used to and I see that these lights illuminate in the side mirror when I lock and unlock the doors. Does the M3 not have this function or do I have to set it up in Idrive?
By the way I just have 80 kilometers on the M3 and I am loving the car so far! Great flat cornering that my 335 xdrive severely lacked not to mention the amazing torque |
