I noticed tirerack has the 275/35R19 in stock for PSS in two different load ratings. Other than that looks like everything else is the same. (96 load rating vs 100)

PSS are an "High performance summer" category tire, not "Extreme summer" tire. Extreme summer goes to the Advan NeoR, RE-11, RE-71, etc. |

I did not phrase my post properly. I wanted to highlight that there are tires that offer more dry grip in the "Extreme Performance" category. Thanks for pointing it out

I have a "like new " set of Oem m4 mpss tires I'd let go for the right price if anyone needs em. Dealer take offs with less than 200 miles on them

Yeah, Potenza S-04 is pretty darn good of a tire...highly recommend. I actually just replaced my front 2 tires (PSS 255/35-19) even though they are brand new and only 2 weeks old. Anyways, got Continentals ExtremeContact DW and my goodness has the quality of the ride changed. It actually drives and feels better than the PSS. The PSS is super-noisy, and too rough of a ride. I feel every crack and pebble on the road with those tires....don't know how anyone can like that for the street. Anyways, the M4 has transformed with softer tires. I can now put the suspension in the sport + setting and drive it around all day long without feeling that thumpy ride you get from PSS. The car feels so good on the highway. The steering feels nice and planted, and softer than before. I actually enjoy driving the car now.....and Oh....that alignment issue that people have with their car pulling to the right will go right out the door.

I didn't want to sell the rears, but I might as well have the same tire all around. I can sell the rears for $495 flat for both. I think they go for $350 a pop on Tirerack.com...don't quote me on that, but the rear tires are in the same condition...pretty much flawless. I can send you pics if you like...they literally look like the car just came out of the dealer.
I'll pretty much sell all 4 for $700. Which is a steal, I think...right? Just the rears are $700. I'm including the front as well.....again, in flawless condition. You know what...I'll even do it for $675 for all 4. =) and that's the lowest. |

For those who don't know, Michelin actually stopped production completely for 5 months. As to why that happened I do not know, BUT, they have restarted production and now tires can be bought!

Where can they be bought?
My rears are shot at just about 10k--crazy right! I guess I'll be on an intermittent schedule, needing a pair of rears before every set of 4
