Flatrock Motorsports Park Tennessee

In case you haven’t heard of Flatrock Motorsports Park, it will be the poop once complete. Yes, it’s a very upscale venture with stupid high entry cost but it may end up somewhere less.

Member entry fee is 250-500k plus monthly fee which is an all access at any time sort of rich man "country club style". There is a lot you get with that like total track access when no event, onsite garage and tech help, concerts, shows etc etc... Putnam Park went to this model a decade ago and it never panned out but was substantially less at 50-60k I believe. When they ask in the application is you have access to aircraft you are shopping off the wrong menu. There will be track days but not until next year. Covid and rain out them way behind this years opening.

Those initiation fees are wild. By comparison, the initiation fee for the highest tier membership at Monticello Motor Club is "only" $165k.

Or an E36 with suspension and slicks behind a 911 turbo without a point by...ever.

If you’re willing to park your bumper up the ass of most Pcars on corner entry, you’ll find they either let you pass or get flustered and push harder until they go off…
