The S55 impresses me more and more every time I drive my car. It's just a fantastic machine. I'm glad I gave the M4 another chance after my first initial test drive with a DCT that didn't impress me. The six speed version made all the difference to me, so I'm glad I gave the car another chance and bought one!

So the car with more power, more torque, and only a 90lb handicap was faster in a straight line? No surprise here, this isn't what the M2 was made for. It barely beats a M240i in the 1/4. It's not a drag car.

Guess the spirit here is to find out the difference, the delta so to speak in outright acceleration between the two M brothers. Whether they are drag cars or not is totally irrelevant.

My business partner has an M2 that has a stage 4 Dinan and MPE and I have an M3 stage 3 Dinan also with an MPE and I pull on him all day.... our numbers should be about the same since he has the upgraded turbos. I feel his can sounds way better it's a more deeper sound in my opinion.

I ran a m2 in my jb4 f80 on map 2 and it was a massacre 60-120, at least 6-7 cars. That being said my dinan tuned m2 doesn’t feel that much slower than my m3 even though it is.
