Radio keeps shutting off

Anyone else have a problem where your radio/mmi randomly shuts off while driving?

does it reboot and show the splash screen as well?
Sounds like you've got either a software conflict that could be remedied by simple programming or if that doesn't relieve the problem, a failing head unit.

Yes it does a full reboot, and if my phones plugged into the usb it will shut the charge off

the phone shutting off is as a result of the head unit rebooting, not really related. i'd take it in to the dealer. most likely have some communication faults prompting them to program it and have you monitor.

Disable BT for a week and see if it happens again. I suspect its the BT module. Its buggy IMO.
