What are you guys paying for overages? Dealership just called me and said my lease agreement had the incorrect $0.25/mile number and that it should be $0.30/mile for M cars. My lease is 3yr/36k miles. Is the dealer correct? TIA!

I am not sure the right number but I have seen $.20 and $.25/mile in the two different dealer quotes I am working with.

They should not vary by region. Call BMW FS to verify current rates, but I believe they are still .20 at end of lease and .16 if you purchase additional miles in advance. No idea why your dealer is giving you such high figures unless maybe BMW FS recently changed for 2017.

$.30 per mile is correct. BMW changed it not too long ago and if a dealer is using the wrong numbers then BMW FS will kick the contract back. It doesn't vary by dealer either just so you know.

That's exactly what happened. Thanks for confirming $0.30 per mile is correct!
