IND: Excellent customer service experience

Just wanted to sing praises for IND's customer service. I ordered painted front reflectors for my MG last week and I had a package within two days. Unfortunately, they accidentally shipped me the rear reflectors instead

. I wrote sales an email, and not only did they overnight me the correct reflectors, but they let me keep the rears for my trouble

I wasn't planning on getting the rears, but I'm really happy with the way it cleaned up the rear end. Great company!

+1 for IND. Loooks like they control the whole market for painted reflectors.

Same here in OZ. 7 days from order to delivery at my front door for black M3 rear badge.

If only everything they shipped was that quick!

Seems (my impression) that they are holding orders now and only shipping when fully complete, instead of sending out things as they are available. Makes sense, cheaper for them, but sucks to have to wait for goodies!

I would like to echo the sentiment of the OP. IND is a class act and has world class service end to end.

Would not hesitate to buy from them.

Ind is awesome. No one is perfect but to own up and fix a mistake promptly is where it counts!
