What kind of landscaping you guys looking to do in the yards?
A riding motor would be a must have for a sloped side yard with that much footage.

Beautiful home! Congratulations on the new build, and I'm sure I speak for the forum when I say that we're all looking forward to seeing images of the M4 in your new garage.

We are using Alderwood Stacked Stone on the exterior. Looks very natural. It's about $25/SF so we had to be strategic with cost. Us M4 owners are living check to check j/k Last edited by vvnguyen1981; 09-21-2016 at 05:55 PM.. |

Love your house build, M4 and Portland. I visited Portland earlier this year and absolutely loved all the parks, food and metro system set up in downtown. People were friendly and great too.
Keep the photos coming. |

I can't take all the credit for the 4 car garage. It just so happened during the design process that we stretched the width of the home about 3 feet so it would fit the lot which eventually led to double door garage doors. I didn't even know this until our final drafts were done months later. Was a great surprise.
I know we are all worried about how low the M3/M4 is so I decided to post how the driveway will come in and the angle I'll be taking. |

In the Midwest you got siding on a new home and a " brick allotment" which usually amounts to an equivalent of one side of the house. you can do all of one side or half height front and rear, or 1/4 height all the way around. Additional brick at $8 per square foot. Homes in the south like TX come with brick and a full sprinkler system and wood fence included. |

looks like a wonderful home.... The driveway is not * horrible.* but not great. I had a flat driveway in my first home.. didn't realize how awesome it was and when it came to buying my second home I compromised and it had a driveway similar to your slope.. on more than one occasion while changing wheels.. a wheel ended up heading out of the drive and down the slope to the street.... I dealt with it for 18 years..... and happily now have a home with a flat driveway again! |
