I'm not worried about you coming up here to get me. While hornets are not uncommon here, you'll never get past our potholes. And if you did manage to traverse the mountains and plains to get here, you'd find that I've already bought off the missus with home renovations.

I laughed too much at you. I had to do the same, sold one house, promised to sell an other, and a personal favorite: no new antique for the two years here. Antique from america, best joke ever!
