They currently only come in a set, would have to buy red M1/M2 and a Yellow M1/M2 buttons.

Confirmed as some have said you don't need to remove airbag and trim on a manual car (non-DCT).
You can simply remove the T20 screw, and then the pad slides right out. Then install your M1/M2 buttons, and reverse the process to close it all up.
