Green and yellow M4 color options (standard) to be available
BMW will be expanding the color palette with the M4.
It will get both a green and yellow color option - both standard options (not Individual). The yellow will not be the same exact one you see on the Concept M4 (Aurum Dust), but similar.

It's a shame they won't offer Aurum Dust as standard color, maybe through Individual program?
Nonetheless BMW M won't be letting us down with these 2 'new' colors. |

I hope they change their mind with the Aurum Dust. It is beautiful. It reminds me of a yellow version of Valencia Orange if that makes any sense to anyone....the way it changes colors in different lighting....

Well we know roughly what the yellow will be. And I don't expect the green to be Oxford a la E46, or something as wild as Java. Should be interesting to see. Whatever the case, bravo BMW for offering a broader standard palette.

I had an Oxford green E36 and it was pretty nice but I'm not getting it again. I've never had the same color twice in almost 20 years worth of car ownership which include 7 BMWs. I might break that with the F80 though since I might go Alpine White which my E21 316i was or Space Grey as my E60 535i. Light greens are brave colors indeed, I've only seen one car that I love in a light green. There's a guy here who has an electric green Murcielago and it's pure awesomeness. However if we get a nice light/mid blue as Monte Carlo or San Marino I might go for that, never had a blue car unless you count Jerez Black.

When it was in the mix for potential application on the 1M it was labelled Phoenix Yellow II

Glad to hear BMW is reversing course from the E92 where only conservative colors were offered and back to E46 thinking.
Any word on Yas Marina Blue? |

I cannot wait to get back to assertive colors... my white 550 is a bit boring to drive and definitely boring to look at.

Why would they show the concept car in Phoenix yellow and then not offer it. I like that color, it certainly stands out and looks exotic on the M4....
